Key Responsibilities Include:
All rounder type Office role – general admin duties
Provide backup to reception as required
EA duties
Coordinate and manage busy schedules
Maintain and monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
Calendar and Diary management, booking and confirmation of appointments and meeting rooms
Research, organise and coordinate company events and conferences
Team support when required
Operate effectively in a complex, multi-divisional environment.
Professional and friendly demeanour
Executive/ Office Assistant experience
Can work 3 days (2 of which are thursday and friday)
Proficient experience with Excel and Word
Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain organisation
High level of communication
