Our firm is seeking the services of an experienced front person looking to build great relationships with clients and staff.
general office administration
client invoicing & collection
collating financial statements & income tax returns
liaising with ATO & preparation of ASIC Corporate documents.
We are a paper-less office so only electronic filing is required.
To be successful in this role you will posses;
Previous reception experience with a friendly professional phone manner
Working knowledge of Accounting Software
excellent communication & computer skills
an eye for detail
