Apex Renovations is currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our company based in Belmore NSW.

You will have the opportunity to join our rapidly expanding construction team. This position has the opportunity to expand and grow with the company.


· Answering incoming calls and helping with enquiries

· Respond to incoming messages

· Assisting the Director and project managers with project related tasks

· Liaise with providers, customers, and sub contractors

· Data entry

· Managing of Calendars for the project managers, organize meetings with customers

· Courteous and professional telephone manner

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

· High attention to detail

· Strong communication skills

· Reliable, punctual and flexible

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, problem solving, manage and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work

· Experience in the construction industry preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00 – $29.00 per hour
