Our Business – Quality Control Freight Management
Located in Yarraville, we are a growing transport company that prides ourselves on our professionalism, expertise, attention to detail and service. We are also proud of our well maintained and immaculate fleet of trucks and strive for excellence in all aspects of the business. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Admin and all round Office Expert to utilise their broad range of admin and accounts skills.

We are initially looking to fill a 9am – 3pm shift over 3 – 4 days with the flexibility/option to take on additional hours as required to support business growth. We are happy to discuss an alternative to the above spread of hours for the right candidate.

Your duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administration, data entry and scanning
General office duties
Accounts and payroll support as required

The successful candidate will require the following:
Computer skills with a strength in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
Experience using Xero an advantage
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to forward plan
Invoicing experience an advantage
Previous experience processing Payroll an advantage but not essential
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
