Our Concierge team reflects the image of our clients and so acting as the face of the building and providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and their guests is the main aspect of the role.
Other relevant aspects of the role include:
Assisting the Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
Receiving and storing mail, parcels, dry cleaning and arranging for their distribution to the respective owners.
Administration duties such as database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, security intercom enquiries and incident reporting.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 11pm to 7am.
Front of house or customer service experience
Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office
Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
Take pride in personal presentation
Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
Holding a Class 1A Security License and a First Aid Qualification is required
Overnight shift experience
This is a full-time role and applicants are required to be eligible to work full time in Australia.
