An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Administration Officer to join our Medical Workforce Unit.

The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) at Austin Health is a central specialised service providing strategic and operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce.
Details of position
The Administration Officer is responsible for operational and administration support within the MWU and is usually the first point of contact for medical and other staff enquiries.
Key responsibilities will include:
To provide professional and friendly reception support
To provide information of a general nature to those making contact with the MWU and to escalate queries to the appropriate MWU team member if more specialised information is required
To cover sick leave and vacant shifts on cover rosters, and to maintain online rosters
General Administration, including data entry and maintenance, printing, photocopying, filing and distribution of mail and
To support the MWU team with roster and recruitment processes.
