The Opportunity

Our client is now seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to join their company in Cheltehham.

As a lover of the Menswear industry as much as online marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Natio Digital and eCommerce strategy and ensuring brand guidelines and standards are upheld within the digital space.
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities include:

Accountability of digital marketing channels and online sales
Management of comms/content publishing incl SEO, UX and conversion optimisation, transaction and data security/analysis
Develop and execute plans to support the customer experience through social and promotional activity
Management, optimisation and growth of customer databases
Develop the strategy, budgets and manage the execution of SEM and online advertising
Management of the digital marketing budget and pitching further business growth opportunities
Regularly report and be accountable to the Executive Management team for digital performance

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation in digital marketing or business
3+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably in the Retail Industry
3+ years Digital Project Management and Leadership experience
Menswear experience in the industry would be advantageous
Extensive knowledge and a strong passion for website management, online advertising and the eCommerce customer lifecycle
Proficiency with Photo shop, illustrator, InDesign Ap21, shopify, MailChimp
Knowledge of brand building would be highly advantageous

You will also need to be:
Data-driven, analytical and results-oriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimisation
Analytical with strong financial acumen in order to interpret insights from reporting platforms and develop action activities
Respectful and show commitment to brand integrity
