Salary: $59,721 (inc super) per year (prorata) + 9.5% loadings!

Our Member Care Consultants are instrumental in managing the customer experience for HCF Members to ensure that they receive a personal and exceptional service at all times. Working to clear targets, you will be responsible for providing outstanding phone based service to HCF members, taking calls related to billing.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, fun and collaborative working culture whilst ensuring we provide our members a professional and efficient service.
You will be available to work from both our centrally located call centres in either St Leonards or Parramatta and your operating hours may be between the hours of 8:30am to 8:15pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: Our call centre employees are currently operating from home full time, and we will offer the flexibility to work from home in the future once we return to the office in a more permanent capacity.
Recruitment will be completed virtually. Training location will be decided closer to the start date however at this stage, it will be run virtually.
