Overview
Our family practice is growing and we are looking for a passionate receptionist to join our team.
The right candidate would be expected to work autonomously and as part of a team. Your job will include greeting patients on arrival, making appointments, taking payments, processing Medicare rebates, telephone enquiries from patients and other medical professionals and general reception work. Good people skills and enthusiastic attitude towards helping people is a must have.
Previous medical receptionist experience (minimum of 3 years) is a must have and having a knowledge of Medical Director/ Pracsoft software would be an advantage. The successful candidate is offered a permanent position.
