The Hospital Sessional Consulting Rooms at Epworth Richmond has a Part Time Maternity Leave position available for a Medical Receptionist. The successful applicant will need to able to to work alternating rostered shifts across clinic hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant is required to provide:
A comprehensive customer-focused service to both internal and external customers in relation to all aspects of the Consulting Room Reception area
Carry out the assigned tasks in response to organisational and industry requirements as part of a team that works co-operatively, sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of customers
Completion of various daily administrative, auditing and reporting requirements in accordance with Epworth Healthcare policies and procedures
Manage outpatient consulting scheduling for hospital/sessional consultants
Manage accounts receivable for hospital/sessional consultants
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience in a Medical Practice
- Working knowledge of Consulting Practice software
- An ability to work under pressure
- Superior customer service focus
- Excellent organisational ability skills
- Proven communication capabilities
- Strong computer skills essential
