Full Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has come to light for an experienced medical receptionist to join a new purpose-built medical center as the face of the front of house. Located in the leafy eastern suburbs of Surrey Hills, this multi-disciplinary practice will have the opportunity to develop as the clinic grows.

The practice currently consists of 2 practitioners, 1 practice nurse, and a Practice Manager. As the practice expands, so will responsibilities. The practice will also offer services to occupational medicine which will provide variety throughout your day!

The position on offer is full-time, however, working hours are yet to be determined.

The principal responsibilities of the position will include:
Greeting visitors to the clinic

Registering new patients
Book and reschedule appointments as necessary
Prepare patient accounts
Accept and receipt payments
Answering telephones
Handling general enquiries
Scanning documents, etc
Management of patient recall

Computer literate – ideally Best Practice
Professional manner
Enjoy working as part of the team
Excellent communication skills
