Outpatient Pediatrics, part of Atlantic Medical Group, is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate for a role in the Summit or Morristown location.
The Medical Office Associate (MOA) will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival
Office Associate will also be manging patient flow, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record
Medical office professional will be processing medical records releases and other clerical duties typical of a physician practice.
Will require flexible schedule and ability to work on call/ weekends
High school Diploma required
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice or medical environment strongly preferred
EPIC experience desired
Computer literacy essential
