PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Enterprise sales team by developing and leading customer marketing initiatives such as webinars, workshops, roundtable, roadmap sessions, networking events to accelerate customer engagement, retain customers, and increase revenue expansion
Manage targeted communications to ensure key messaging is delivered to each group of customers effectively
Plan and deliver cross-sell & upsell marketing activities to support key sales motions and improve customer experience
Develop and execution of overall channel marketing programs to increase market awareness and generate revenue from net new business via channel partners
In conjunction with our channel account managers, liaise with Tier-1 partners, Cloud services partners, Alliances, MSPs to effectively execute joint marketing activities such as events, lead generation, branding, tradeshow etc from start to finish
Create and run a range of meaningful channel digital communications including monthly newsletters, on-boarding, nurture programs, promotions, product release announcement, trainings, partner program updates
Manage result tracking, monitor progress of marketing leads & ROI reporting
Maintain, update, localise marketing assets as required

EXPERIENCE:
3+ years marketing experience in software or a technology related field
Demonstrated success in defining marketing strategies in support of business and corporate objectives, including the development, execution, and measurement of customer program & channel marketing programs
Highly experience in working effectively with IT channel partners and distributors
Proven track record of running demand generation, corporate IT events & webinar planning, digital communications, customer satisfaction campaigns, health check programs, production & logistics and supplier’s liaison
Proven ability to apply data and insights in order to drive continual improvement for customers and business results
Broad and deep marketing & sales alignment, lead journey, and communications principles
Understand graphic design principals, file types, a usage of design tools such as photoshop/ Illustrator will be helpful
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Marketing automation and CRM experience such as salesforce/ Marketo is highly regarded
Experience in SaaS based solution platform is well regarded

Excellent copy writing and verbal communication skills
Willing to learn and partake in relevant training and development supported by Trend Micro to enhance and develop skills base

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Technology would be highly regarded
