Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: brand management and advertising; events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the ANZ Talent Brand and People Communications Lead the role involve…

Capture, package and promote the best stories aligned to our brand purpose and positioning
Assist in the delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns to attract best in market talent to Accenture
Maintain and update our careers site, blog and other digital channels
Contribute to the development of our talent brand strategy in Australia and New Zealand
Work our suppliers to implement our campaigns are delivered on time and meet the required specifications
Contribute and develop memorable digital experiences for our candidates
Working closely with various stakeholders including recruitment and marketing
Use analytics to capture insights and inform content and channel decisions

Qualifications and experience

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum 3-4 years working in an integrated marketing role
Marketing and communications experience across digital marketing, advertising, employee communications, collateral development and production
Ideally experience in the employer brand or recruitment marketing space
A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work autonomously and independently, and yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture
Experience dealing with agencies and third party vendors with media knowledge beneficial
Thrive on working in intense, deliverable and deadline-driven environment.
