Job Description

Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, this role is integral in enhancing the productivity of the National Investment Services team by developing and implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experience for clients and customers.

A core focus of this position is to help the business to win more work from existing clients and create brand loyalty to Colliers International.

Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role are:
Develop and execute an annual national marketing plan
Market the five core business initiatives to drive brand awareness, and position the team as experts through market leading reports and capability documents
Assist the Head of Investment Services with pitches and the business winning process (preparation of major client presentations, proposals, marketing campaigns and project manage high-value pitches)
Build the MD’s and other senior leaders’ profiles, aligned to their unique, specialised personal brand
Develop and implement a thorough internal communications and engagement plan
Act as the primary point of contact for our Asian Engagement strategy and devise a marketing plan in line with this strategy. This will include working with our Asian based marketing team and managing collateral for showcases
Drive brand dominance and property marketing excellence for the national business line through increased PR, speaking engagements, digital advertising, online listings, search, signage, press advertising, copy writing quality, and rapid adoptions of new mediums
Market the asset class of ‘office’ in collaboration with other product line marketers and Corporate Marketing
Get the most out of our advertising agency, engaging them with the goals and challenges of the product line and challenging them to devise implementable campaigns that will generate leads
Understand and maintain the Colliers International Visual Identity guidelines, policies and approval protocols and apply these to all projects
Liaise with Database Analysts and/or the Research team to provide market research presentations and thought leadership for use in client engagements and content marketing


Core Competencies and Role Requirements include:
Degree or Diploma qualification with a Marketing/ Communications/ Business speciality
Minimum of 5 years experience within similar field
Experience within the Real Estate Industry is desirable
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
Ability to manage and work as part of a team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations
