More about the role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing communications and national campaigns for Domain’s core digital listings business. This role reports to the residential agent marketing team leader and will lead the planning, management and execution of commercial marketing communications and campaigns, across multiple channels including digital and direct, in order to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention.

You will be someone who is curious, has a real can-do attitude and enjoys working in an agile environment. You’re comfortable with being hands-on and building framework and structures among multiple departments and teams.

You have outstanding knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc and proficiency in data interpretation to make informed decisions and marketing messages.

You have experience in customer journey mapping and conceptualising the campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle.

A Day in the Life…

Create and drive awareness and value perception of Domain
Execute the marketing strategy to drive acquisition, onboarding and retention of our core listings business proposition
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure the campaigns are reviewed frequently and revised accordingly.
Work collaboratively across the organisation to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified opportunities.
Work in partnership with the creative and content team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and public-facing communications, including digital, blog posts, press releases and video assets
Partner with CRM, performance marketing, content and creative team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing strategies and tactics.
Create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
Review, track & reporting on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI and recommendation of initiatives to improve the impact of marketing activities to achieve business objectives

What we would love you to have?

Minimum 5 years multi-channel marketing experience
Demonstrated experience trade marketing strategy management, implementation, analysis and reporting in fast paced environment
Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution and tracking the result
Experience working with CRM systems (eg Salesforce) and electronic direct mail software (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe)
Project and budget management experience
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
