As a Marketing Executive you are responsible for executing and optimising highly relevant campaigns and offers to the Woolworths Group customer base. Your expertise in a variety of direct marketing channels means that you engage our members in the channel that is most relevant for them, with the best possible offer, timed for maximum efficacy.
You will execute data driven, direct marketing activities to grow customer value and create member offers that are financially viable and fit for purpose. In addition, you will also be responsible for quality execution (QA outcomes) of campaigns across all channels.
Key areas of focus will be around digital food hub, customer led content hubs e.g. plant based food, health, baby as well as seasonal focus digital tools
You assist in delivering strong financial returns for the business, whilst providing value to our members, by balancing commercial returns and customer relevancy in every communication.
You’re passionate about data and leverage it to drive campaign performance. You have an ongoing focus on optimising activity, engagement, response and conversion to maximise Woolworths return on marketing expenditure.
You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a similar large scale environment, with experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles. You will have experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value. Naturally, you will be an effective communicator with the ability to nurture and develop positive stakeholder relationships, and be results driven coupled with the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining values. You have highly developed planning and organising skills and have an eye for detail.
