Your role in a nutshell
Manage TBSAH local events and incentives from concept to execution and defined budget and timing.
Manage TBSAH local events and incentives from concept to execution within defined budget and timing through producing engaging, innovative and brand complient content, adapting global content, and executing events and incentives communications.
Manage all TBSAH international events and trips, handling local market requirements and communications from concept to execution.
Manage the local incentive/promotional plans and calendar for TBSAH, collaborating with key stakeholders and conducting post-performance reviews to ensure effectiveness. Including forecasting promotional & incentive product and reward requirements.
Develop local promotional products as required for Consultant Incentive and business tools program in line with the ethical trade program.
Work with events and incentives agency & internal team to create in person and virtual events to engage Consultants.
Support the Global brand team to cascade global resources and collaborate on requirements, as well as the creation of local market assets as required
Support all actitivies within the Marketing, Promotions and Events areas to support the Marketing & Events Manager – TBSAH.

To perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimizing the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers
Chamions, supports and participates in The Body Shop campaigns and The Purpose.
What we look for
Proven communications experience, preferably with a mix of experience in both a retail environment and with full exposure to direct selling
Proven end to end Event Management experience (significant sized events) including supplier negotiation and management experience
Experience developing incentive and promotional plans to drive KPIs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to trends and opportunities
Ability to manage complexity
Strong analytical skills (reporting results)
Previous social media management experience preferred
Marketing/Communications qualification or experience
2+ years in a similar role
