We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our busy Marketing Department in Taren Point.
As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll work from our Taren Point, Sydney head office and will be responsible for supporting our Marketing team within a very busy environment. You will assist with organising social activities, conferences, website maintenance, social media along with other general administrative duties.
Must be proficient in adobe photoshop & in-design on Apple Mac

Design Flyers / Catalogues etc.
Maintain, monitor and update customer social calendar & events.
Assist with compiling Social Media content.
Source images & info from suppliers for our newsletters/website.
Maintain/Update our websites daily, training will be provided for this task.
Work with print & promotion suppliers.
Venue sourcing & assisting with in-house events.
Liaise with other departments & suppliers.
To be successful, you will need:
At least one year’s proven work in Marketing.
Excellent skills across MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge and flare in Photoshop and InDesign.
Hard-working, lots of initiative & a strong work ethic.
Hands-on and pro-active.
Excellent communication skills: written & verbal.
Attention to detail.
Highly organised, excellent problem solver.
Happy to take ownership & work as part of a busy team.
