Everyone on the management team (even our CEO!) started their career path in the Management Trainee position. We’re looking for someone with an insanely upbeat attitude and someone ready to hustle and go above and beyond expectations. As an entry level Manager Trainee you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities of an entry level Manager Trainee:
Ability to troubleshoot arising problems on your own while developing efficient solutions and rocking an entrepreneurial spirit.
Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of client offerings, report analysis to increase sales margins, competitive advantages, resources, and processes and articulate them persuasively to current and potential accounts.
Coordinate and manage campaign executions, including custom creative build-outs, development of campaign timelines, and develop client-facing documentation.
Work with internal teams to provide continuous feedback for campaigns, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations

Develop and maintain a healthy trustworthy relationship with clients and team members
Acquire knowledge of the entry-level Marketing and Sales aspects in order to better train and develop new employees
Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience for all potential clients and customers presenting proper solutions and getting products into customers’ hands

Requirements of an entry level Manager Trainee:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 Years of Management or Leadership experience
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to take the initiative.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Intelligent, outgoing individual with the ability to problem solve quickly on your feet
Confident public speaking in a variety of environments from minuscule to substantially large.
Possess a high level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to arrive punctually

Salary: $48,000 – $56,000 a year
