Our client is a leading global consumer brand with a wide-ranging portfolio.

As the sole Rem & Reward specialist, you will be taking full ownerships of the Australian remit. Your role will be broad and varied from research, reporting, pay grading, rem reviews, coaching leaders, and leading the incentive program.

The importance of this role will see you evaluate, develop and implement best practice initiatives of remuneration, compensation and benefits programs for 1,500 staff. Furthermore, you will work within a welcoming, supportive team. You will also be providing crucial advice and support to key stakeholders across the business to ensure quality and effective outcomes of the programs.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate previous success as a Remuneration & Benefits specialist experience, either as a consultant or manager level. Ideally, you would have experience in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Goods. You be a trusted partner to the business, with an ability to coach and influence. You will be well planned, detailed in nature, possess excellent interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset.
