As the sole Rem & Reward specialist, you will be taking full ownerships of the Australian remit. Your role will be broad and varied from research, reporting, pay grading, rem reviews, coaching leaders, and leading the incentive program.
The importance of this role will see you evaluate, develop and implement best practice initiatives of remuneration, compensation and benefits programs for 1,500 staff. Furthermore, you will work within a welcoming, supportive team. You will also be providing crucial advice and support to key stakeholders across the business to ensure quality and effective outcomes of the programs.
