Drive the awareness and enablement of world-class Workplace Technology services across 34k colleagues
Support Workplace Technology asset teams to ensure seamless delivery of new services/ changes to existing services
Maintain strong presence on internal digital platforms (enterprise social, Intranet, etc)
Work with business teams to ensure maximum value is derived from our collaboration suite
Performance Management & colleague development across Tech Experience & Adoption Team
What you will bring
Proven ability to lead a highly engaged and successful technology support team
Ability to influence senior business stakeholders to drive timely adoption of tech services
Ability to lead and manage work to meet agreed timelines and costs
Ability to provide continuous improvements across service enablement
Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
Pro-active approach to problem-solving
Good influencing and partnering skills with ability to drive enterprise outcomes
Knowledge of banking, NAB and its various businesses, teams and functions
Knowledge of GIRP in relation to obligations and authorities associated with the management of data/information and any associated risks
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong experience leading high performance teams in large scale corporate environments
Preferable exposure to/ understanding of workplace technology toolsets
