Position Summary

The HRIS & Reporting Manager will use their understanding of HR Systems and passion for process improvement to help drive efficiency and data quality improvement throughout or HR department. You will be responsible for supporting our HRIS with business configurations, while supporting our HR reporting work. The ideal candidate will be scrappy and resourceful, able to work in a matrixed environment while collaborating with a variety of departments and functions. You will need to be adaptable, and able to develop strong relationships across a global network to get things done.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with peers and cross functional teams, working across multiple time zones
  • Partner closely with internal clients to provide HR reporting support
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting dashboards as needed
  • Serve as HRIS subject matter expert and provide consulting support to HR Business Partners and other HR Centers of Excellence
  • Implement data integrity protocols to ensure maintenance of data quality and data privacy standards across HR systems
  • Develop and implement process improvement procedures and policy changes to improve efficiency across HR systems
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and teams to maintain HRIS
  • Manage end-user access to HR systems as needed
  • Evaluate requests for changes to determine impact on system configuration and provide approval where appropriate

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HRIS/HR Systems support
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • An understanding of HR Technology landscape and platforms
  • Experience with HR Reporting and Power BI a plus
