We are looking for a Manager, Business Solutions to join Team Snapchat! Working from our Sydney office, you’ll manage a book of business focused on tier 1 advertisers and clients. In addition to leading a number of accounts, you will also manage a team including Account Executives and Account Managers. For this role we are looking for someone with performance marketing expertise. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, have a natural capability to lead people, and strong client-facing skills.

What you’ll do:
Consult a fixed set of tier 1 advertisers and their agencies, inspire and educate them about our platform

Drive Snapchat’s performance marketing narrative externally with clients and agencies, provide thought leadership in this space

Manage a team of individual contributors to drive revenue across a specified book of business

Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners

Educate clients and agencies on Snapchat through virtual and onsite presentations and one-on-one training

Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration

Craft, counsel, and manage advertising opportunities/RFPs

Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies

Manage revenue delivery, budget spend, and campaign reporting

Articulate and update clients on Snapchat products and developments

Travel expected once allowed

What we’re looking for:
10+ years experience in media sales, marketing, digital media and/or agency, performance marketing experience is a must have

4+ years of managing teams and leadership experience

Pre existing relationships with senior client and media agency decision makers across key verticals

Proven track record of successfully engaging and partnering with C-Level executives

Have strong performance marketing experience and knowledge

Must have strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills

Adept public speaker

Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics

Extensive knowledge of social media, video, programmatic buying, mobile apps, digital and mobile marketing

Broad knowledge about the Australian market (especially media agencies ecosystem, creative agencies, measurement partners etc.)

Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Ability to win the support of key stakeholders, internally and externally

Skilled self-starter with the will and ability to contribute to building Snap’s business

Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
