You will need :
Cert IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health (or equivalent qualification) – essential;
Previous experience in a similar role within Aged Care (preferred);
Previous experience with dementia clients, developing individual programs focusing on person centred care;
Excellent communication skills and passion for working with the elderly;
The ability to work with minimal supervision;
A current National Police Certificate and flu vaccination.
