Library Administration Officer

Temporary Part-time for a period up to 14 months
16 hrs p/week, Monday- Thursday
Salary $33.01 – $38.96 per hour

Waverley Library, located at Bondi Junction is a superb, modern library and one of the largest in Australia. Featuring multi-media facilities, a theatrette, special equipped Young Adult and Children’s library; and supporting a range of functions, such as book launches, exhibitions, etc.

Based at the first floor reception area, the Library Administration Officer provides a professional and friendly service to meet the needs of library patrons, whilst providing strong administration and venue hire support to assist with the delivery of library services and programs.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced administration officer with proven customer service skills and a positive manner. You must be well organised and enjoy prioritising and working to deadlines, whilst being flexible to respond to immediate requests for assistance from library staff and patrons.
