We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant who can bring their experience and strong organisational skills to this role to support our growing and busy disputes group.
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience supporting a litigious group is desirable.
A strong work ethic, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines are some of the other key qualities we are looking for, in addition to adapting to different working styles.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Disputes group. Our Legal Assistants provide a high level of support to multiple fee earners, including Partners, and you will work within a large team alongside other Legal Assistants in a collegiate environmen
Supporting a busy team you will be responsible for:
Opening new files;
Filing court documents;
Document and correspondence preparation including court documents;
Monthly billing and reporting;
Liaising with clients;
Other general administrative duties and support as required
This role requires excellent professional written and oral communication skills and the successful candidate must have confidence in dealing with people across the legal profession in an engaging and friendly manner. In addition, applicants must demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
