Overview

Global financial corporation is looking for a junior level network analyst to work in a new 24/7/365 Operations Support Center – 12 hour shifts. Day Or Night (6-6). Looking to staff this new group with exceptional junior talent with excellent communication skills and out-going personalities.

Summary:
Provide 24x7x365 technical operations support for global infrastructure; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users.
This specific opportunity is for entry level staff to monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in Incident and Change Management processes.
Regularly perform data analysis to determine performance and identify areas of improvement.
Demonstrate a can do/will do attitude.
Customer service focus that shows you will always go the extra mile.

Role:
Execute Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Perform effective vendor management techniques to ensure forward-progress managed Incidents.
Monitor the performance of traffic, systems, and central site processing, addressing anomalies detected.
Route central site and customer traffic as necessary to minimize downtime and impact to the brand and business.

Requirements:
Technical experience in at least 1 of the following: Networking, UNIX, Production Control, File Transfer.
Entry level UNIX scripting and tool monitoring,
Intermediate-level knowledge of network routing, switching, and tunneling.
Strong problem and troubleshooting skills.
Passion for learning and thrive in a fast paced environment.
