Our firm puts an emphasis on innovation and upward mobility, therefore with our recent client expansion our company must match their growth and on-board a handful of Junior Account Representatives to oversee our new client portfolios. The Junior Account Representatives that we appoint will be individuals who sought after challenges and thrive in an entrepreneurial minded environment. Our leadership program embedded within our team will not only guarantee success for the Junior Account Representatives they train, they will also ensure to instill the same leadership techniques within the Account Representatives to make them leaders as well and not just followers. Our Junior Account Representative team is well versed in promotions, sales, customer service, and management.

Junior Account Representative Responsibilities:
Create brand and product recognition for the account assigned on a daily basis
Set the bar and be willing to raise it with exceeding daily sales quotas for the account assigned
Create a first class experience for each customer and answer questions they have thoroughly and efficiently
Travel locally for clients and meet with prospective customers and travel nationally for networking events (covered by company)
Build and establish relationships with customers and teammates to enhance your career and personal development
Stay current on product, promotions and competitor options to deliver the best results each day

Junior Account Representative Requirements:
College degree and/or work experience in a relative field preferred
Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills
The ability to work a flexible schedule and potentially nights and some parts of the weekend
The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and motivation to climb the professional ladder
Intermediate technology skills with microsoft products
The ability to speak publicly comfortably in front of a large group of people

Salary: $44,000 – $51,000
