Inside Sales Representative – Australia

Inside Sales Agent duties and responsibilities include:
Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to extend offers to upgrade
Working with network contractors to fulfil upgrades for customers Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support
Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets
Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

Potential Candidates will have the following experience:
Degree in business, marketing, or similar
Two plus years of sales experience
Experience with solar electric products, residential electrical applications and Nation Electric Code (NEC) helpful
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Experience with PC and MAC OS X
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employees
