How will I help?

The HR Data Analyst will have a key role in supporting a team of HR & Change Management specialists within Westpac’s Specialist Businesses Division. With a focus on the continuous improvement of HR data delivery, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of collating, validating, and managing employee data and analysis for large complex change programs. Your accountabilities will include collating data from multiple sources into a central source, as well as preparing employee costing and liability data. This is a maximum term contract position of two years.

What do I need?

Previous information management experience, including data modelling and reporting
Previous experience in workforce analytics and data management will be an advantage
Results-focused with strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and team members
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience within Financial Services, Telco or large corporate environment desirable
