Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will provide connection and support to initiatives relating to HR and broader organisational policies, programs and practices, as well as case management and employee relations advice to corporate services functions.
In this role, you will:
Provide generalist HR solutions to resolve operational ER / IR business issues;
Contribute to the operational objectives of the Human Resources function, and participate in a range of people-related initiatives;
Provide advice and support to the implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures to meet business requirements;
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to leaders;
Influence, advise, educate and coach line management to manage their people effectively and increase people performance.
Your story so far
Strong foundations in the human resources field, with experience working within complex, organisational matrices highly desirable;
Highly-developed competence in employee performance management and advice, with strong IR/ER experience;
Demonstrated experience coordinating the implementation of people policies and processes;
Previous experience in operating across a wide range of HR initiatives and operational matters, as well as projects;
Reporting and analytical skills;
Highly-developed planning and organisational skills;
High level of attention to detail both in written communication and numerical databases.
