About the Role
Provide effective cleaning, services to clinical and non-clinical areas, including (but not limited to) Wards, Emergency, Theatres, isolated clinical areas, in accordance with infection control policies and procedures in order to provide a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety for patients, clients, staff and visitors.

About Applying

Selection Criteria to be addressed:
Demonstrated experience and ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks in a hospital environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet the needs of customers by providing good customer service.
Demonstrated good communication skills in English and the ability to read and understand essential documentation including safe work practices and infection control procedures.
Demonstrated ability & capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
Knowledge & compliance with Work Health & Safety Legislation & Guidelines and Willingness to protect the health and safety of self and others at work, under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Ability to work any shift within a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
