Direct a reservations department that delivers enlightened hospitality and excellent service at all times
Contribute to overall business health by exceeding reservations goals and managing labor costs
Ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures
Continuously build a high-performance team

At least 1 year management experience in hospitality & fine dining
Problem solving & delegation
Initiative & follow through
Understands and drives sales goals
Excellent verbal & written communication

Understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
Resy experience.
