Join one of our high performing Group Claims teams and challenge yourself to provide our customers with an outstanding service as you assess and manage a portfolio of Life Risk Disability (Group) claims.
As a Group Claims Consultant, you’ll demonstrate a working knowledge of medical terms and concepts which will enable you to interpret reports and apply your knowledge to the assessment process. You’ll understand the main concepts of the Life Insurance Act as it relates to assessing claims, and you’ll be well versed at maintaining regular contact with customers and clients. An understanding of the basic elements of financial assessments for individuals and sole traders will also be a distinct advantage in this role.
You’ll possess an enquiring mind, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to challenge other peoples thinking when necessary. We are ideally looking for individuals who have a background in Allied Health, the Legal profession, Physiotherapy and/or Rehabilitation.
