The ES Graduate Program team sits within Enterprise Services HR and partners with Enterprise Services to design and facilitate the ES Graduate Program.

Enterprise Services (ES) comprises a variety of professional groups, covering the likes of Engineering, Architecture, Cyber, Analytics and Business Operations. As part of our strategy of becoming a simpler, better bank for our customers, Enterprise Services aims to revolutionise the way we attract, manage, develop retain and mobilise our people to harnesses the collective value across the ES Operating Dynamics.

Do work that matters:
As a member of the ES Graduate Program Team within the ES HR portfolio you will support the delivery of Graduate and Intern Program initiatives.

Our Programs are designed to attract and retain high potential people at the start of their careers to build in-house future talent pipelines and meet the capabilities and skills required for our new ways of working.

You will report to the ES Graduate Program Manager and will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

Provide administrative support in intern and graduate program management activities.

Maintain and update CBA systems and program spreadsheets for on-boarding, rotation and event planning and tracking purposes.

Process expenses according to the Group’s policies and maintains accurate and completed records. Ensures that all invoices paid are in line with agreed scope of work, are on time and accurate.

Coordinate program events and development sessions. This will involve effectively coordinating venues, catering, materials, facilitator requirements and attendee notifications.

Support ES Graduate Committee initiatives and attend meetings in partnership with or as delegate for the Graduate Program Manager.

Ensure appropriate content and distribution of the ES Graduate Program newsletter.

Partner with the Campus Talent Acquisition team to recommend graduate and business representatives and co-ordinate on site-visits as well as ensure appropriate representation for assessment centres and on-campus events.

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

Experienced in scheduling and event management.

Ability to collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and priorities.

Motivated to deliver exceptional events and experiences for our graduates and interns.

An excellent communicator (both verbal and written).

Passionate about supporting Early Careers Talent.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
