Exceptional opportunity for a customer service focussed Front Desk Receptionist to join an innovative, highly regarded and successful CBD Law Firm.
Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual with poise, professionalism and a bright personality to manage the day-to-day duties of this front-of-house role as well as assist with general office coordination and administration.
Apart from meeting and greeting clients and visitors, some of your other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
answering and screening calls and taking detailed messages
booking and setting up meeting rooms and boardrooms
assisting with deliveries and booking couriers
ordering stationery and supplies
scanning, photocopying and filing
assisting the HR Coordinator and other team members with general administrative tasks as required
To secure this fantastic opportunity you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in legal or professional services environment, together with;
- well-developed time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a positive, pro-active and flexible team attitude
- proficient skills in MS Office
- a friendly, approachable and obliging manner

Salary package will be commensurate with experience.
