Food and Beverage Supervisor

Overlooking the southern banks of the Yarra River, Melbourne’s very own Nobu offers a stunning view inside and out with their split level venue featuring sushi bar, private dining room and main restaurant downstairs and bar and tapas lounge upstairs.
Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, the F&B Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation of this fast paced restaurant which provides world class wine, food and service to our guests. Leading by example with a hands-on approach you will support and develop a team who thrive in a high pressure environment, whilst ensuring their engagement in the delivery of personalised and attentive customer service.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in a premium restaurant
Leadership skills to coach and train wait staff
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with guests at all levels
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Passion for the industry with a continuous thirst for knowledge
Ability to work across a 7 day a week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
