Food & Beverage Attendant – Part Time 30 hours per week

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage professional to be part of a dynamic team within a prestigious private School environment. Working closely with the School community, the ideal candidate will have gained significant customer service experience working within a similar environment and be able to anticipate and deliver on the staff room experience.

You will possess a proven track record in customer service excellence.

You should be driven by a desire to provide high levels of communication, (with the Teachers and Alliance management team) together with a passion for a customer service ethos in everything you do.

You will be flexible and possess a positive outlook.
Strong attention to detail is vital in this role as to an ability to work to deadlines and meet client expectations.
You are highly organised and have the ability to work across numerous tasks.
You are team focused and always keen to support your Team

Your responsibilities will include:
Provide attentive customer service for the School community
Meet and liaise with Staff and Alliance Management to better understand the requirements of the Staff room and deliver these seamlessly
Oversee the kitchen within the staff room and all the supplies associated with the service
Provide ordering requirements for the Staff room to the Chef Manager
Assist in the Tuck shop when available to work alongside the Alliance Team

To succeed in this role, you will need:
A people person who engages with all in a positive, helpful and solution focused way
Proven track record in a similar hospitality role
Ability to work independently but work as part of the team to deliver our F&B service objectives
Positive and flexible outlook
Strong Client focus
Strong personal presentation
A passion for food and high levels of food presentation

In order to hit the ground running, you will have previous experience in a similar role working in a catering environment. You will have the ability to work unsupervised and to communicate the clients and other key stakeholders effectively. You will be a well presented and self-motivated individual who has excellent organisational & communication skills.

You will share Alliance’s vision for providing food which is fresh, nutritious and of a high calibre, making each dish fresh on site each and every day. The role will offer 30 hours per week (9:00am-15:30pm).
