What this role is about:
As a Finance Clerk at RapidSOS, you will assist our finance department with expense report auditing, processing of invoices, and assist with maintaining and processing tax documents. We are looking for a driven self-starter who is passionate about saving lives to take charge of the administrative needs of the finance department at a technology start-up. This person will be instrumental to the continuous growth of RapidSOS and is an amazing opportunity to join a rising and dynamic startup and make a measurable impact.

What you’ll do if chosen for this role:
Review and process employee expense reports

Operate full-cycle Accounts Payable and serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier inquiries

Assist with maintaining and processing tax and other key finance documents

Organize and retrieve records of the finance department

Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

Escalate issues in a timely manner

Assist with other clerical and office management duties as needed

What we’d like to see in our ideal candidate:
3+ years of professional experience working in an accounts payable position or office management role

Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Acute attention to detail

Tenacity to overcome obstacles and to independently and confidently problem-solve your way to the desired outcome

Experience with Excel / Google Suite / Workday
