We are looking for a driven, energetic resourceful person to help us cope with the fast growth of the company.


  • Monitoring creditors and debtors accounts.
  • Coordinating payroll
  • Processing payment claims for services delivered
  • Issuing monthly statements to clients
  • Entering and paying of all creditors (supplier payments and expenses)
  • Issuing monthly statements to clients
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers and various other stakeholders.
  • Allocating expenditures to specific budget accounts

Skills Required

  • Well presented.
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in Xero
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Basic understanding of Home Care Packages & NDIS
  • Objectivity and Professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads

Salary: Up to $70,000.00 per year
