Job Description

Support our loyal existing customers whilst also hunting to convert and grow new accounts across all coffee segments within the North West Territory (think BaReCa, Hotels, Clubs and more)
Work cohesively with varied stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure transparent communication and accountability
Take ownership of account management, financial analysis and decision making knowing you have the support of a great team behind you
Set your call cycle and be routine focused with a degree of flexibility

For this role as a Sales Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has:

A passion for coffee with the ability to engage new and existing customers in a highly professional manner
Business acumen – be able to use profit models, make sound commercial business decisions – basically act as a business owner
Embrace this fast paced industry, highly competitive market and grow your portfolio
Have a coffee background & strong sales experience, be able to hit the ground running and learn from day one
Be comfortable working autonomously, on the road seeing customers
