ELMO is a high-velocity business with double digit growth rates that have been sustained over the past decade and will be well into the future. The momentum in our organisation has created this vibrant new opportunity for a strong facilities coordinator to join our strong stable of talent. As a facilities coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service delivery including essential and non-essential maintenance whilst ensuring optimum service delivery to our new ELMO Melbourne Corporate office and sites across the ANZ Region, as needs arises.

This is an end-to-end role where you will “roll-up your sleeves” and get your hands dirty. You could be working on a major project coordinating with a variety of departments one hour and dusting down workspaces the next. Hence this role will suit tenacious go-getters with good stakeholder engagement skills; the grit to work under pressure; the resilience and flexibility to work odd-hours as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities that are core to this role include (but not limited to):

Coordinating facilities projects including preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating procurement activities and monitoring project progress across all ELMO sites.
Coordinating and delivering high-quality facilities operation in response to Helpdesk and other requests from internal stakeholders for all ELMO sites.
Coordinate facilities support for ELMO events – internal and external.
Access card allocations and access card management.
Obtaining and maintaining security clearances for all onsite visitors and maintenance contractors.
Coordinate office planning and communication.
Development and maintenance of facilities documentation and procedures including WHS.
Assist the Facilities Manager in creation of ISO documentation relating to Facilities.
Comply with ELMO’s ISO27001 certification standards and procedures.

The attributes we would like you to bring to the role:
3+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
High-level coordination experience and working within complex environments preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Tertiary qualifications in business, facilities management or related discipline or demonstrate relevant experience preferred.
Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements.
