Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of the role of Executive Assistant is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer as well as day-to-day office management for the CEO.

This dynamic role is critical to ensuring a consistent flow within the business. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.

This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skillfulness, energy and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria

Qualifications in Business Administration and/or equivalent qualifications and experience;
Experience in preparing executive documentation including meeting minutes, Board packs, reports and presentations;
Experience in dealing with confidential information, and demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances;
Excellent organisation, administration, time management and prioritisation skills and adaptability with a commitment to “getting things done”;
High level of diplomacy and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish friendly and professional rapport with a wide range of stakeholders;
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to be proactive, assertive and work well under pressure or within tight time frames;
A collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment.

Desirable Criteria

Knowledge, sensitivity and an understanding of Jewish values, heritage and culture.
