Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety is a division of Wesfarmers, and we are growing. Our business has a proud history and includes amazing Australian businesses of Blackwoods, Bullivants, Coregas, WorkWear Group and Greencap.

We have a great opportunity and we are actively recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team based in Macquarie Park, supporting our Managing Director, General Manager Finance and Executive General Manager, People and Safety.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be the point of contact between the WIS executives and internal and external stakeholders, clients and visitors, and importantly the Wesfarmers corporate head office
Coordinating and preparing information for use in presentations, Board meetings, conferences, speeches and reports
Manage Board reporting from end to end, working to Corporate timetable, issuing of notifications, collating information, working with stakeholders across the business to have submissions complete on time
Coordinating and booking interstate and overseas travel and accommodation
Manage the diaries of executives
Maintaining monthly personal expenses and costing of all invoices
Providing administrative support for WIS meetings (including producing and distributing agendas, minutes and associated papers and arranging catering for meetings as required)

What you will need to succeed

Demonstrated prior experience as an executive assistant or similar role providing support to multiple senior executives
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Exception written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and influencing abilities, able to effectively work across all levels of the business especially at Board level
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilient disposition and ability to work in the grey
Proficient in navigating complex organisational structures
