The Executive Assistant will providing a high level of administrative and project based support to the wider Gaming business unit, as well as a supporting the day to day requirements of the EGM, including calendar management, taking minutes, preparing reports and other administration requirements as requested.
To be successful you will need
A business administration qualification is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated experience supporting Executive level, or Senior Management within a large scale organisation
The ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong prioritisation and time management skills
Experience in preparing board packs, creating reports and using excel to an intermediate level
Experience in travel management
