Your key responsibilities will include complex diary and email management, preparation of investment committee papers, management of communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of meetings, and management of travel arrangements and expenses.
Ideally you will have a minimum of eight years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant in a large, matrixed corporate environment and enjoy being in a business partnering role. You will have advanced computer skills including PowerPoint and Word, be highly organised with superior written/verbal communication skills and self-awareness.
The ability to deal with confidential information and manage multiple priorities whilst conducting yourself professionally at all times will be key to your success. Your positive attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills and collaborative approach will see you to hit the ground running in the Executive Assistant role with the high performing team in Retirement Living.
