The Opportunity

Veolia is currently looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support two C-Suite Executives in our Pyrmont Head Office. This would be an office based role working Full time, Monday to Friday.

As the Executive Assistant you will provide high level secretarial support to executive stakeholders. You will also be required to supervise and coordinate the National Office’s reception and office management team.

We require an Executive Assistant who has a proven ability to deal with highly confidential information and has experience working with Senior Executives within a large organisation. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, can manage their own and their executive’s workload, prioritise effectively and has exceptional organisational skills.

You’ll need:
Min 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a medium to large organisation
Demonstrated experience working with C-Suite Executives
Proficient in G-Suite applications
Demonstrated experience managing a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders across all levels
Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner and maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to work independently and without supervision
High level of attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to prioritise, organise and self manage time and workload
Ability to get things done, self learn and solve
