How Will I Help?
We are seeking two pro-active, experienced, and highly organised professionals to support the General Manager, Customer Hub Service within the Consumer & Business Banking Division and the General Manager of the Chief Operating Office (COO) within Group Technology.

Your role as an Executive Assistant is to manage and coordinate the diary and activities of the GM’s efficiently and effectively. As often the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders on behalf of the GM, you must be approachable and professional. As you will be trusted with sensitive information, discretion and integrity are key qualities required within the role.

In this role your duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

Provide high level diary management to the General Manager, by proactively managing their day, ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings with papers (where required).
Monitoring and actioning of emails – escalating and delegating where approproate
Ensuring key action items for GM and the Leadership Team are delivered within required timeframes.
Coordinating internal and external meetings and events – including agenda management, minute taking and action items (as appropriate), booking of meeting rooms and videoconferencing, organising equipment and refreshments where required
Assisting in the collation of national communications and presentations for various meetings where required
Expense management – Weaps, SoWs, eBuy, p-card reconciliation
Travel arrangements
Coordinate resource/recruitment approval process

What do I need?
You will have experience as an Executive Assistant for Senior Executives in a large organisation. You will be self- motivated and enjoy working at times autonomously and at times as part of a strong support team. Strong forward planning and proactive mindset is also essential to the success of this role.

You will have strong competency with MS Office skills such as Word, PowerPoint an Excel and have extensive diary management experience. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be excellent and you will have great attention to detail. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and the ability to prioritise will come as second nature and your stakeholder management skills will be strong, you will also work well in a fast-paced environment.
