How will I help?
Reporting directly to the State GM for Westpac VIC/TAS and the Chief Executive of the Bank of Melbourne , we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant that likes a fast paced environment and shares our passion for our State and our people. Ideally with experience within banking and financial services you are someone who knows how to anticipate needs, is highly organised and detailed with a strong one team focus, ability to build great relationships and…. has a sense of humour.

Although you will directly support and work with the State GM for Westpac VIC/TAS and the Chief Executive of Bank of Melbourne it will be important to build a strong working relationship with the broader senior executive leadership team across the Westpac Group.

Some of the key priorities in this role include;

Day to day management and coordination of the Chief Executive’s diary and travel requirements
Preparation and coordination of daily/weekly schedule and packs
Expense management and reconciliation
Preparation of presentations
Coordination and management of leadership team meetings and events
Event management
Building productive relationships across executive support teams to ensure open communication to achieve required business needs

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you must have experience as an Executive Assistant for Senior Management and clear stakeholder management skills. You must have excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills, and skilled across Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
